Returns & Refunds policy

All digital products are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase and the content is downloadable.

Refunds for consultation services may be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis after review. Refunds are only available where we have repeatedly failed to attend or deliver the scheduled consultation services. You will be refunded within 10 business working days.

Once consultation services have been provided, refunds will not be issued unless we have failed to deliver the services reasonably and adequately.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products or services were purchased in the last 30 days

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
